Note to my Take Shape Clients!

All of us are in one of four modes: 
  • Actively losing excess poundage using the Medifast 5&1 program and Dr A's Habits of Health principles; 
  • Transitioning carefully to grocery purchased foods, continuing the BESLIM approach; 
  • Maintaining, using Medifast foods as healthy snacks 2-3 times a day and focusing on "eating clean and staying lean" for a life time!
  • Dieting and in the weight-gain & fat storage mode 
  • or "Oh to heck with it! My life is just to crazy and I was never very successful any way and who the heck cares???"
If you find yourself in either of the last two modes, Call Me!!! I'll help you get back on track!!!
