What do I do when "I get there?"

I have the joy of checking in with clients weekly ... here's my note to clients this morning. When you're ready to get started, just let me know - this is the easiest, most enjoyable and cost effective, health promoting system I've ever encountered!!!
I want to say a brief word about Transition ... 
I've heard from a few clients who didn't transition "by the book" and experienced the old familiar Yo-Yo dieting drama - we all hate that!

Get out your Quick Start Guide (private message me and I'll send it to you) and reread the portion on transitioning. Let me know if you'd like the study guide to Dr A's Habits of Health. I'm also happy to send you the Maintenance Guide and a little blurb I wrote when Greg and I went through transition several years ago. It's much easier now days with the encouragement to go from a 5&1 to a 3&3 routine - this makes stying lean super easy!

Let me know what I can do to be supportive and helpful - if connecting daily works for you, I'm delighted to do that with you!

What new Habit are you working on this week? 
For me it's remembering to drink enough water and mindfulness while at potlucks and celebrations. I have to make a concerted effort to bring munchies that are supportive of my "Lean Self" so I don't over indulge in the delicacies that my "Let's eat it all before it's gone Self" has an affinity for!

 I'm down to 134.5 !!! I haven't been this skinny since I was pregnant with my daughter who is 18!!! I was so sick then and I feel great now.
 
Sometimes the greatest victories are not always a number on the scale. The older I get, and with thyroid disease, the slower those numbers tend to move. That said, I am officially off all my diabetes medications, my HBP meds were lowered in half, and my cholesterol is below the normal level. I seriously want to cry. I'm so proud of myself."
