"I was having fun going through some old pics today. The first pic is Matilda & me at the Tulip Festival in 2010. That picture was taken after I had just finished 30 days of butt-kicking workouts & starving myself ... and had lost a whopping 4 lbs in 30 days. And decided I was done ever trying to lose weight. Little did I know I was only 2 months away from changing my whole life. Next picture is me & my kiddo almost exactly 2 years later and 140 lbs less. (I'm) healthier and having a lot more fun!" 

What I love the most is that the journey to optimal health is sustainable. Greg and I have maintained our of slimmer body habits for more than five years now ... I love the freedom and vitality I feel everyday!!
