Exercise anyone? Try dancing!

Exercise ... it's a new word because, in the "Good Old Days" we were are working so hard to chase food, fetch water, build and repair shelter, and run from predators that there was no need for additional premeditated exercise!

Now for the trick Question: 
What's the best form of exercise for you?
Answer: 
One that you'll do and enjoy!

My exercise goal is to dance twice a week ... Check out this couple doing the Swing ... they look like they are having so much fun and using every muscle group! What are your goals??? Are we having fun yet???
