Asking for help and finding role models

Asking for help and finding effective resources isn't easy!  So many people love to give unsolicited advice and some just hunger to share their story. Sometimes it's scary to ask the "real" questions underneath the polite questions. 

One source of authentic, bluntly delivered, and effective info on the process and experience of rapid weight loss can be found in Freya Taylor's lovely book, Suddenly Skinny.  Here's an excerpt:

  • That change is possible.
