Can anyone relate to this: "My guts can really get in a knot when I feel like I'm struggling to Have enough (time, money, energy, resources ...) and my Worry Warrior begins to slip in suggesting that I'm not Being enough ..."
If you're experiencing a bit of post-holiday anxiety, there's a few things that I've found to be helpful:
- Face the issues bravely and just "sit in the fire" for a period of time ... running away from fears with distractions, blaming, excesses, or entertainment may be helpful for a moment but facing the issue head on can head off long-term complications.
- Ask for help and take positive action to improve the situation.
- After facing the issues, accepting responsibility, and doing everything you can to address and resolve them, give them to the Universe ... let the Divine take on the burdens and worries.
- Take a step back and let the magic begin!
