Meet the Saboteurs!

Ever hear something like this:
  • You look great ... but you aren't going to lose any more are you? Even though you are still carrying 30# of stored fuel in your belly!
  • Isn't it dangerous to be losing so quickly? And you're thinking the consistent weight loss of 1-3 pounds per week, though incredible, is kinda slow!
  • Have just one bite ... one bite won't hurt you!  Would I rather be fat or rude?
  • I'd rather eat real food ... Hmm, like chips and dip, soda and pie? How's that working for you?
  • Isn't that expensive? It's just food and much less expensive than the cost of prescriptions, frustration, and former bad eating habits!
  • I could NEVER do a program like "that!" ... as if you were cheating mother nature!!!
Forgive me if I sound a little sarcastic - I don't mean to, but I hear some of these comments all the time! Then I remember, timing is everything ... it took time for me to wrap my head around connecting with a Health Coach, getting on Program, and believing that I could become sustainably slim and healthy. I had to realize that I was not fat ... I was simply carrying around too much stored fuel. I'm beyond grateful to have found a system for tapping into it, using it up and reclaiming the stamina and health I had as a teen.
