What Results Are You Wanting to Create?

What are the results that you want to create ... What do they feel like and how will you know you are on the right track?

In an effort to address these questions, we worked on "Vision Boards" this past week ... each time I do this activity, I gain more clarity about what I want in my life, how I want to live and who I want to be.

Before we started, we each took a brief inventory of what we wanted to be feeling, doing, and sharing. We jotted notes on what we wanted to have, keep, be paid for doing, and give away. We thought about what we wanted to learn, receive, and let go of . We also considered where we wanted to go and what we wanted to experience.

So, the question for today is: What are the results that you want to create ... What do they feel like and how will you know you are on the right track?

If you're not sure how to approach this, open up Dr A's Habits of Health and breeze through chapter 2. You'll also enjoy his opening letter on page xxi and chapter 2 in Dr Andersens' newest best seller, Discover Your Optimal Health.

I've blogged on making Dream and Vision Boards before ... when you're done making yours, share it with Us!!

Finally, in their lovely book, The Passion Test, Janet Attwood and Chris Attwood point out that we must first decide and act with intention, then pay attention to what we've chosen, and finally let go so that we feel no negative tension as we flow in the direction of dreams.
