Monday's Note, May 20th

Good Morning,
Congratulations on all the baby steps towards health that you took last week!!

This month I've been focusing on the tools we have available to help us on this journey. In addition to the Medifast 5&1 program, the personal coaching, web sites and Support Calls, Dr A has systematically laid out a blueprint for building better health. Down 1 more pound.  Went shopping had to buy a smaller size, this is so exciting.

I am starting next 30 days with Dr A.  Really enjoyed first 30 days.

I have put everyone else first, even my business and now ... its time to focus on me for a few minutes out of every day.  I don't have time to sit down and eat 6 meals a day with the constant running around ... (TSFL) fits with my on the go lifestyle ... if I'm not healthy then I can't take care of all of my duties.

 It was so hot (on our vacation) but my thighs didn't rub together when I walked! Amazing!

This was the first time i wasn't afraid to see an old friend from high school when visiting my home town

I have such freedom!!! 

Members of our Team: Some of our team members got to participate at a health and safety fair for a big construction company this week. And, Greg got to show off his "Big Boy" pants!
