Flax Seed Vs Diabetes

Diabetes is one of the most common consequences of excess weight and obesity. Many studies are in progress looking for ways to prevent and improve the condition.

This study in NutritionFacts.org, looks at a link between the consumption of flax seed and the lowering of blood sugar levels in people with diabetes.  More than just the benefit of flax, the health benefits of whole food nutrition is also explored.

Our Program, with portion controlled meal replacements as a tool for effective weight loss and convenient fuelings, goes way beyond "dieting!" Dr Andersen and our whole team of Health Coaches will help you understand the role of whole food nutrition and adopt the tools needed for achieving and sustaining optimal health.

One of our clients who started on program four months ago shared his results with us:
Had my check-up today. My glucose was normal and my doctor looked surprised. I told him I expected a good A1 C. Then it came in. He almost fell off his stool from joy! It was 6.5, down from 9.1 on Dec 6th!!"
Another client shared:
Diabetes has been a killer in my family. My father went blind from diabetes and suffered greatly from painful neuropathy in his feet. He said it felt like he was walking on hot coals. I am so happy to be taking a different road and to be improving my health!!
