I saw a former coworker at her new school today and she was so surprised when she saw me.  She said, "Wow, you look great!  You've lost all the baby weight and then some.  Whatever you're doing is working for you!"  (Tell them you are working with me and give them my info!  If they just order through Medifast, they may just see it as "diet food."  Then, they may lose pounds of fat but gain them back ... my services are free and designed to get them them to their goals and beyond!)
I love the structure and security!  MF has taught me things I've never been able to learn before - like discipline, that I can be strong and can do it!  It has totally changed my life!
I'm down another 3 pounds!  At this rate, i'll be under 170 by swimsuit season ... I've haven't felt good in shorts for years and years!!!

My husband has decided now that he’s a grandpa (December 20 – a boy, our first grandchild!) that he needs help losing weight. How do I set up an account for him?
I just took the health assessment quiz again.  I scored 64, which is a huge improvement from 22, which was my score in September.  I went from very unhealthy to just unhealthy.  I have also lost 2 more pounds.
I have a question about working out.  I know I should be doing it but ... I did it for 4 weeks and only lost around 1 or 2 pounds total and I was hungry all the time. I stopped going on the treadmill 3 weeks ago and I have lost 9 pounds.  What is going on?  (I bet you all know the answer to this one! Call me if you'd like to talk!)
