Julie's Story!

This is Julie. She decided last year to make health a priority. She documented her journey taking a picture every month. Not only is she going into the new year healthy and feeling good, she is an inspiration for many of her friends and family. 

What I love about her monthly photos is that she shows small changes over a period of time. Health is a journey, not a destination we reach overnight!
