How will you stay in balance this weekend?

Everyone encourages us to be thankful on Thanks Giving ... but sometimes we are sad ... we miss loved ones, have to hang out with folks who can get on our nerves, struggle to come up with the cash to travel and entertain, feel left out or put upon, frustrated and exhausted ... Sometimes, we just can't wait for it all to be over.

Along with gratefulness, these feelings are real and need to be honored too.  If we just stuff our feelings like we stuff our turkey, we'll feel roasted, uneven, too dry, too raw, too cold, and suitable only for throwing out picked over carcass in the soup pot!!
