We are All Foodies!

Recently, a brand new client told me that she was worried about her ability to stay on the Program for very long because she loves food ... are you kidding me?  ... We are all "Foodies!!!"  We all love, respect, and appreciate really tasty food!  

Using the TSFL 5&1 Program simply redirects our attention to foods that really nourish us and help us sustain a healthy weight with less worry and effort.  Here's one of our favorite recipes, Spicy Garlic and Lime Shrimp.  It's from the TSFL Lean and Green Meal Cookbook.
