Creating an Intentionally Peaceful Passage to Sleep

Remember the "Good 'Ol Days" when, if you were lucky, you got a bedtime story and a kiss just as you snuggled down for the night and you "Slept like a Baby?"  Dr Andersen, co-founder of Take Shape for Life, encourages all of us to pursue restorative sleep as part of our journey to weight management and optimal health.  It's great in theory ... but if you are like me, the demands of the day, last minute e-mail checking, and a bit of TV watching often encroach on a healthy bedtime routine.
