Care for yourself so you can care for others well ...

Sometimes it’s important to be a little selfish … you know how the airline steward tells us to put our own mask on first?  Deciding to nourish your body and make joyful movement a priority is in the same category. It can feel selfish. 
In reality, caring for ourselves well, means we can care for those we love better. When we take good care of ourselves, we can perform our jobs with more stamina, think more clearly, feel more self confidence, experience less depression, have less pain, and use fewer medications.  Congratulations!
