Lesson Outlines 1-13

Each of the weekly classes has been outlined to make them easy to follow.  You'll need a copy of Dr A's Habits of Health  and companion guide.  Locally, we've been studying as a small group and are on "Week Six."  It's fun to study in small groups - everyone pitches in with comments, insights, ideas, and recipes.  Click here to see the outline for the class series and individual weeks.
