Habits can help or destroy ...

Greg and I have enjoyed our membership with the Northwest Coaches Association. Let us know if you'd like more information.  In the Portland area, they meet at the Mac Club on the second Tuesday of the month.  This month looks like it will be another interesting gathering of people who love helping people!

“Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters”.
- -Nathaniel Emmons

Habits define us in numerous and largely unintentional ways. Join us this month as Bill Zuelke shares, what he refers to as, the habit change protocol. The habit change protocol is a tool used to reframe desires and create a new perspective on how to deal with the blocks and barriers that interfere with success. Bill will guide us through a hands on training on how to use and apply this tool in our in a practice and personally. We look forward to seeing you!
