Chile Relleno Roll Over

Chile Relleno Roll in Cauliflower Crust
We have been having a lot of fun with the basic cauliflower and soy cheese pizza crust recipe! And, because Greg and I are both more intuitive in our cooking style, the recipe keeps changing depending on what we have on hand.

Recently, we made two wonderful variations using green chiles!

Cauliflower Crust with Chilies
Here's my version:
1 cup grated cauliflower
1/2 to 1 cup white soy cheese
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg beaters
Mix, spread on parchment in a long rectangular shape 
Bake hot, 425 degrees, x15 mins, Flip, bake another 5 mins
Layer ~ 10 whole, mild green chilies along 1/3 of the crust 
Roll so that the chiles are inside and crust is in thirds
Bake another 2-25 mins at 350 ... 
I flipped it one more time to make it golden om both sides

Another way to do it is to simply mix the chiles into the "crust" mixture and serve as above.  Enjoy!
