Lesson 4 is all about food!

We’re so excited to be facilitating the Health Habits Series again. We have a small group and would like you to join us online.  

Anyone can lose weight ... keeping it off by establishing new habits is the key to a life time of health and vitality!  This is what we are all about. 

Each week I'll give you a little summary of our class and suggest homework. I know the “Buddy System” works and you might want to gather your own small study/support group.  So, get out your books, order them if you don't have them, and we'll get started!  We’re going to move through the materials quickly but you can pace yourself and come back to lessons at any time.

Lesson Four is all about food and will cover chapter 9. If you haven’t taken the Health Quiz, be sure and take it before next week’s class. Call me and we can review it together.
