You Have the Freedom to be Healthy

"Sustainability is the capacity to endure. For humans, sustainability is the long-term maintenance of responsibility, and encompasses the concept of stewardship, the responsible management of resource use. Sustainability describes how biological systems remain diverse and productive over time, a necessary precondition for the well-being of humans and other organisms."
I looked up the word "sustainability" today in reaction to an article I read in which a local politician tried to make a case that sustainability was a dirty political word that was designed to take away our freedoms.  I  am sorry for his limited perspective, but sustainability is just us as humans being good stewards and doing what is good for ourselves, our children and the planet upon which we live.

For your convenience I have left the links to Wikipedia key words in the above definition for you to explore.  At Health Coach Resource we provide a program that has helped many live a more fit, healthy and sustainable life.  To learn more about the "Habits of Health" and Take Shape for Life, contact us or visit us at Health Coach Resource.
