Quinoa Tabouli Salad

Quinoa Tabouli was a hit - we tend to put lots of vegges and beans in this easy to make salad.

                           Try adding:

  • Artichoke hearts, lightly steamed broccoli, finely chopped swiss chard, and/or olives
  • Any favorite bean like azukis, mung, and garbonzos - they add flavor and texture
  • To increase protein and reduce calories, fat and carbs, substitute the grains with tofu or tofu noodles
