It's Not About You ...

Identifying potential health coaches is not about you ...

When presenting to a potential health coach, always start with "WHY!"  Why are you so passionate about what you are doing and what you have to offer?

Realize that the individual you are meeting with may not be interested in becoming a Health Coach.  You can say something like: “I know you may not be interested, but who do you know who will be perfect for this position?"

As you share your proposal, keep thinking about:
  • What’s in it for them?
  • Why they are so special?
  • Why do you value their opinion?
  • Why would you be interested in interviewing someone they trust and could refer to you?

If you are forming a collaborative relationship with service and healthcare providers, make it very easy for them to work with you and refer to you. Contact me for more information on the system that is working for our team.
